Absolutely the best customer service, I enjoy the fun picking out my jewelry so much. And the quality piece I purchased is spectacular!

I took a chain in to get it repaired. Their prices were the most reasonable and I've heard about their quality work from numerous people. To my surprise they called me later that day to let me know that they already had it repaired and ready to go. While I understand this expedient service may not always be the norm, It is evident in the care and the customer service that Weber's Jewelry is the only place to go in the area if you want quality work done.

This is a very nice jewelry store to take jewelry to get resized and repaired. Their turnaround is very quick, not even a week. I would definitely use them again. Prices were reasonable too.

I bought a diamond ring from them. They even sized my ring at the same time. Even they have to stay over but they took care of it. Very cooperative and reliable. Definitely buy more from Weber's. I think they have more beautiful collection than Kay and Zales. Excellent birthstone variety. Designs are very pretty and unique.
